Treeva Hausen, NP
Treeva Hausen, NP, was born and raised in Kingman, Arizona, and brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience to her patients. Her clinical background includes extensive work in acute care settings, with the last seven years dedicated to critical care. During this time, she served on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic, gaining invaluable experience caring for patients during one of the most challenging periods in modern healthcare.
Over the past two years, Treeva has also worked in nephrology, treating patients with chronic kidney disease and deepening her understanding of complex, long-term medical conditions. Her experience at Kingman’s community hospital has given her unique insight into the impact of inconsistent or unmanaged primary care, which often leads to worsening chronic illness and preventable hospitalizations.
Through her years in acute and critical care, Treeva has come to understand not only the medical conditions themselves, but also the underlying factors that contribute to exacerbations and avoidable decline. These experiences have shaped her strong belief in the value of consistent, focused primary care.
That belief is the foundation of her practice, Hometown Care. Treeva is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care that emphasizes prevention, continuity, and trust. She is passionate about helping patients effectively manage chronic conditions and improve overall health outcomes within the Kingman community.
