What is Concierge Medicine?
Concierge medicine is a premium membership model where patients pay an annual or monthly retainer for enhanced medical services and direct access to their provider . It allows for a much smaller patient-to-provider ratio than traditional practices.
What makes Hometown Care “Concierge”?
In a typical office, a provider may see 3,000 patients. At Hometown Care, we limit our panel to a fraction of that. This allows for our 6-hour response guarantee, 60-minute “deep-dive” visits, and direct portal access to your clinical team.
Does the membership fee cover everything?
Your membership fee covers all professional services provided by our team, including wellness exams, acute “sick” visits, chronic disease management, and stitches. It does not cover outside costs like hospitalizations, ER visits, or specialist fees.
How does the Household Membership work?
Our Premier Household Membership ($225/mo) is designed for couples or two adults living in the same home. It provides the full concierge experience for both individuals at a preferred rate, ensuring your entire household receives consistent, high-level care.
Is this a “Qualified Medical Expense” for my HSA?
Yes. Under the 2026 OBBB Act, concierge fees for primary care that are under $150/month (individual) are fully HSA and FSA eligible. You are essentially using pre-tax dollars to secure premium medical access.
What if I need to cancel?
We believe in the value of our service, but we understand life changes. You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
Is there a code of conduct for members?
To maintain the professional and calm environment our members expect, we uphold a high standard of mutual respect. We reserve the right to discontinue memberships for individuals
who are belligerent, rude to staff, or consistently non-compliant with mutually agreed-upon treatment plans.
